Sunil You
Director / Senior Care Worker
Sunil commenced his career in the disability sector in July 2014 and established WITH YOU CARE in 2020. He possesses extensive expertise in providing intensive care for individuals with disabilities.
Sunil oversees business operations and services, ensuring the company culture at WITH YOU CARE is optimized for both employees and clients. He adeptly navigates and manages complex situations, both internally and externally, converting challenges into opportunities for growth.
His values are embodied in the small organization he leads, which upholds his principles of “faithfulness, flexibility, respect, and responsiveness.”
Sunil has accumulated over 24 years of diverse experience in the Christian community in Korea and Australia. He has served as an assistant pastor for 24 years, primarily working with children and youth groups, and has engaged in various missionary projects supporting marginalized groups in society. His Presbyterian/Christian values guide him to lead ethically within his principles. He strives to adhere to these principles while managing matters smoothly and with a friendly demeanour.
Sunil holds a Bachelor of Theology and has completed Certificates in Aged Care, Home Care, and Disability. He also commenced a Bachelor of Community Development, which was paused due to the initiation of this business. Sunil has been registered with the Victorian Disability Worker Commission (VDWC) since 2021.
Josephine Jae
Operations Manager / Support Coordinator
Josephine played a key role in obtaining NDIS registration and supports the day-to-day operations of WITH YOU CARE, ensuring services align with NDIS Practice Standards and quality requirements.
Before joining the community services sector, she spent over 10 years in the international hospitality industry, developing strong expertise in customer service, administration, leadership, training, and quality management.
In 2025, Josephine completed a Diploma of Community Services, strengthening her understanding of person-centred practice, community support systems, and the diverse needs of people with disability.
She is committed to maintaining high standards of compliance, accurate documentation, and continuous quality improvement while fostering a respectful and supportive organisational culture.
Josephine values the strengths of a small organisation, believing it enables closer communication, stronger relationships, responsive support, and more effective monitoring of participant outcomes.
Guided by her Christian faith, she is passionate about contributing to the wellbeing of individuals and the wider community through compassionate, ethical, and person-centred services.
She holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University and a Diploma of Community Services from Holmesglen TAFE and remains committed to ongoing professional development.
Outside of work, Josephine enjoys creative design, including posters and publications, and values spending time with her husband, son, and church community.
